Our apporach gives you better control over costs, while our thoroughness minimizes the surprises and risks that are inherent in any building project. Our process includes the following steps:

Phone Consultation

When you contact us for the first time, we will spend the time needed to learn more about you and what your goals are. We will then advise you on the best next steps and whether our services are the right fit for you. If it's a match, then we will visit you.

Face to Face Meeting

During the complimentary initial visit with you, we will learn more about your vision and budget for your project. We will determine the construction feasibility of the project, review plans if they exist, and offer some budgetary guidelines to help you with some realistic expectations for the duration of the project.

Contract

Once we've gained a great understanding of the complete project, we will prepare a contract for you to review and sign. We're always happy to meet with you and review everything contained in the contract. The contract will detail what's included in the contract and what's not included according to what we have agreed upon.

Warranty Services

We have a 1 year warranty on all of our work. The complete details of our warranty program are outlined in our contract.
